Data Collection & Diagnostic Logs
To ensure the stability and reliability of the software, the Application generates local diagnostic data (including crash reports, error, warning, and debug logs). This data is handled as follows:
- Automated Monthly Sync: If diagnostic data has changed or a new error is recorded, it may be automatically and securely transmitted to our backend once a month to help us improve the software performance.
- User-Initiated Reports: If an error occurs within the application, you will be given the option to immediately and manually submit a detailed error report. This report is sent only with your explicit actions and consent.
Data Retention & Local Storage
Save and diagnostic data (including local log files) are stored locally on your device (e.g., AppData) and can be permanently deleted by clearing application data or uninstalling the program. Transmitted diagnostic logs are kept only as long as necessary to analyze and fix software issues. Transaction logs are retained for as long as required to comply with financial and legal obligations.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Statement in effect at the time such information is used.
